Prevention - Security

The safety of your children attending Eurocampus is a major challenge for us. It involves all campus staff on a daily basis. 

Safety Procedures

1. PROCEDURE IN THE EVENT OF A TYPHOON (STORM WARNING)

In the event of a typhoon, parents are invited to keep informed of the situation by consulting the following link:

Before school hours :

On the day of the typhoon, information will be sent by email and Facebook and then posted on the website.

 

2. EARTHQUAKE PROCEDURE

 

In the event of an earthquake, parents are invited to keep informed of the situation by consulting the following link :

www.phivolcs.dost.gov.ph (en anglais).

 

Before school hours :

If the earthquake occurs between the day before, school leaving at 17:00 and the opening of the school, the next day at 7:30 and if the level recorded in the city of Greater Manila is strictly higher than level 4 (from 5 "lower" to 7 on the Shindo scale), the school will be closed all day long for security reasons (aftershocks, building checks...)

 

3.  PROCEDURE IN THE EVENT OF AN ALERT REQUIRING CONTAINMEN

 

In the event of an air toxicity alert declared by the authorities (industrial accidents, chemical accidents or air attacks, etc.), a containment measure will be put in place and students will be directed, under the supervision of the staff, to the rooms provided for this purpose. Parents will be notified by email and Facebook.  They will be asked to pick up their child(ren) when the alert is lifted.
